Do you buy or sell fractional shares?

No. We do not buy or sell fractional shares while managing your portfolios. That is, we do not offer fractional share trading. We execute trades in whole units of securities.

Technically, buying or selling fractional shares is not possible because your securities are held in the 'individual HIN' (Holder Identification Number) structure.
