Do I need to certify all the pages of my Trust deed?

Unregulated Trust:

If your trust is an unregulated trust (such as family trust, discretionary trust, unit trust, deceased estate, managed fund), it is sufficient if you certify the following pages in the trust deed:

  1. The cover/front page bearing the name of the Trust.
  2. The schedule page having the names of the trustees, the names of the beneficiaries and date of registration of the Trust.
  3. The signature/execution/declaration page.

For details on how to certify the document, refer Certifying the Document page.

Regulated Trust such as SMSF:

If your trust is a regulated trust (such as SMSF and registered managed investment scheme), there is no need for certifying any pages in the trust deed.
