You can withdraw a minimum of $3,000, as long as you maintain a minimum portfolio value of $3,000 after the withdrawal.

So, if your portfolio value is less than $6,000 and you wish to withdraw some amount, then you would need to withdraw the entire amount in the portfolio, resulting in the closure of that portfolio.
