Do you conduct online ID verification of all clients?
We conduct online ID verification of all clients who mention that their current residential address is in Australia.
If you mention that your current residential address is outside Australia at the time of onboarding, we would need the certified copies of your (a) Passport; AND (b) another Government-issued identification such as Driver's Licence. Refer to our Certifying the Identification Document page for details on the nature of the identity documents that we require.
